Why Corel Draw Graphics Suite Sucks.
THIS is not a highly scientific study, but is based on common sense (which ain’t that common) and is posted after zero help from corel support.
DO YOU HAVE COREL ISSUES? If you have any please submit them. We will post them so Corel can get it’s SH*T together and address some really stupid things. Think about your customers Corel.
To be fair, we like some corel products for a lot of reasons, but there is plenty to fix there too. Like….
- Why do I have to pay for a brand new year’s version of Graphics Suite subscription to open a latest version of corel draw files? (“To open the file you must upgrade your version of the file.”) I have paid, like in my case, for corel graphics suite 2021 annual subscription in December of 2021, yet I can not open any 2022 generated files??? I have a second subscription that is 2022, with 2 licenses, and if my designers create and save a file, we can not open it with the latest version of 2021. Listen, at least if I have to have 2022 then give me an option to upgrade to the 2022 (or newest versions) automatically when available, where I don’t have to wait to the end of 2022 when my annual subscription is up (as the support suggested – yeah no). OR, how about a patch file that will allow 2021 or other paid up subscriptions to open a new file format? That would be crazy hey… Designers/creatives do not want to f— around with telling their clients or their colleagues to send an older version cuz mine won’t work. For fox creek! We have adobe and if you want us to use that then keep doing stupid things like you are….
- Stop putting pop-ups in my face every time I open up corel. Even if you check the box to never see again, I think you you change a character and then show it again net time. Faaaaack off already. Tell me the same way every other subscription does, with an occasional email…
- Make the recent files actually work. It stores them once every 30 days or some really lengthy period of time.
- Wow this is fun!
